Noor Yussuf: CEO

Noor Yussuf is the Chief Executive Officer of Bestwood Agency, a leading provider of intensive residential treatment services in Minnesota. With a strong academic foundation—a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Mathematical Economics—Noor brings a unique analytical perspective to leadership in the behavioral health field.

As CEO, Noor is responsible for guiding Bestwood’s mission, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the agency provides compassionate, effective care. His role involves navigating complex challenges, fostering collaboration, and maintaining stability so that both clients and staff can thrive.

A self-described avid learner, Noor is continually seeking opportunities to deepen his knowledge and refine his leadership approach. He finds deep fulfillment in this work because of the impact it has on people’s lives, from helping clients achieve meaningful progress to building supportive structures for staff success.

Under Noor’s leadership, Bestwood Agency has expanded its reach and strengthened its partnerships with community providers and healthcare systems, positioning the organization as a trusted resource in Minnesota’s mental health landscape.

Ashley L. Anderson, MSW, LICSW: Treatment Director

Ashley L. Anderson is the Treatment Director at Bestwood Agency LLC. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Saint Cloud State University and specializes in treating individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, particularly psychotic disorders. With advanced training in Assertive Community Treatment, Ashley utilizes a strengths-based, humanistic approach and is dedicated to ensuring Bestwood delivers the best services possible. 

Ashley is a Board-Approved Supervisor for social workers and LPCCs, providing clinical supervision that is strengths-based, ethically grounded, and focused on professional growth. With an emphasis on reflective practice, trauma-informed care, and competency development, Ashley supports emerging clinicians in meeting licensure requirements and building confidence for independent practice.

Outside of her professional role, Ashley is an avid reader, and a dedicated Taylor Swift enthusiast.

Heather Wilson, MSW, LICSW: Clinical Supervisor

Heather is the clinical supervisor at Bestwood Agency. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Hunter College and a Master’s degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Heather brings a wealth of experience in the mental health field, having worked across a range of service areas including Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS), and mental health crisis response.
 
Heather is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward wellness by fostering resilience, empowerment, and personal growth. Her diverse background allows her to connect with clients in a meaningful and compassionate way, while tailoring care to meet each person’s unique needs.
 
At Bestwood Agency, Heather serves as a Board-Approved Supervisor for social workers. Supervision is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and ethically grounded—designed to help clinicians grow in confidence, develop advanced skills, and meet licensure requirements. Through a supportive and reflective approach, she fosters professional identity and prepares emerging clinicians for success in independent practice.
 
Outside of her professional work, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and making memories with her family.

Marlana Koopmeiners: Program Director

Marlana Koopmeiners serves as the Program Director at Bestwood Agency, providing leadership and oversight for staff and building operations within the organization’s intensive residential treatment services. With nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field, Marlana is deeply committed to helping people and developing supportive programs that make a lasting impact in her community. 

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys reading, creating art, and spending time with her family.

Hannah Krupke, M.S.: Clinical Trainee

Hannah is a clinical trainee with a Bachelor’s Degree in human development and family science from North Dakota State University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Counseling from Capella University. She is currently working toward LPCC licensure. She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based, person-centered, and solution-focused methods to meet each client where they are.
 
She has experience working with individuals ages 6 and older, with her current focus on supporting adults living with serious and persistent mental illness. Hannah has particular interests in trauma, relational dynamics, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, psychosis, depression, as well as supporting individuals involved with the court system. She is passionate about helping clients build practical skills and discover their own strengths to move toward recovery and wellness.
 
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys going for walks, spending time with friends and family, coloring, reading, playing card games, and binge-watching TV shows.

Jessica R Imdieke, BA, BHP: Compliance Manager

Jessica has a passion for working in the mental health field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication from the College of St. Benedict. She has worked in the Human Services field for over 23 years and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence. She is qualified as a Behavioral Health Practitioner and works as a Compliance Manager for Bestwood Agency. Known for her attention to detail, adaptability, meticulousness, problem-solving skills, and integrity, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring Bestwood Agency adheres to legal standards, internal policies, and industry regulations.
 
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with Girl Scouts, watching movies, listening to music, and enjoying time outside, which helps her stay balanced and inspired.
